A sweet little girl doll in a cosy pink piglet outfit – a hood with big pig ears, a snout and button eyes, a frilly pink dress and bright pink shoes – with rosy cheeks, a smile and embroidered hair peeking out. A charming gift for pig lovers and a lovely toy-shelf friend.
An easy crochet pattern by Galina Stelmakhova with step-by-step instructions and photos. A wire frame helps the doll stand. Not a toy for small children (wire, beads).

• Yarn in skin, pink and dark pink – I used YarnArt “Jeans” (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160 m / 50 g): 10 g skin, 20 g pink and a little dark pink.
• Matching crochet hook – I used 1.75 mm.
• Brown yarn to embroider the hair (optional).
• Four black beads or half beads (I used 8 mm) – two for the doll’s eyes and two for the pig’s eyes – and a piece of white felt for the whites of the pig’s eyes.
• Single core copper electrical wire – about 40 cm (15.7 inches), 1.5 mm thick – and fabric tape 1 cm wide for the wire ends.
• A piece of thick cardboard or plastic for the insoles.
• Red embroidery thread for the mouth.
• Stuffing, tapestry needle, transparent glue and sewing pins.
