We do our best to answer your questions as soon as possible, We don't like waiting for help either! If your question comes in before or after our working hours (we all live in different time zones), you'll still get top-notch response, but it may take a bit longer as we may be sleeping, eating, working or actually (gasp) spending time with family :-)
