A soft, fluffy little snowman with a pointed tuft on top, big shiny eyes, a carrot nose, a happy smile, tiny bead buttons and a knitted-look scarf with matching mittens. Brushing makes him look like fresh snow. About 13 cm tall – make a whole family in different colours for the windowsill, the Christmas table or as little winter gifts.
An easy crochet pattern by Yulia Ogol with step-by-step instructions and photos. The nose can be made from polymer clay or crocheted.

MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
--------------------------------------
• Main yarn – a fluffy yarn that can be brushed. I used Adelia “Valeri” (145 m / 50 g): 1 skein white and a little of another colour for the mittens and scarf.
• Crochet hook – 3 mm.
• Strong acrylic thread in matching colours and a little black for embroidering the mouth and eyebrows.
• A pair of black half beads for the eyes – I used 7 mm – and small beads (2 mm) for the belly.
• Polymer clay for the nose (or crochet it).
• Wire 18–20 cm for the arms.
• Velcro for brushing the toy, dry pastel (or any tinting material you know how to use).
• Stuffing, transparent glue, sewing pins, a long tapestry needle, a small button for the scarf and scissors.
