MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
--------------------------------------
• Main yarn – I used approx. 20 g of white mohair yarn (approx. 600 m / 100 g) for the main parts.
• Small amounts of cotton yarn (approx. 800 m / 100 g): pink for the muzzle and udder, brown for the hooves (if you crochet them). Any yarn for the tail tip and horns.
• Any moderately fluffy yarn works for the main parts. The thicker the yarn, the bigger your cow. For a smaller cow, use yarn with approx. 800 m / 50 g.
• Matching crochet hook – I used 1.5 mm for the bigger cow and 1.25 mm for the smaller cow.
• Two ready-made eyes, 2–3 mm (or black beads 1–2 mm and white polymer clay).
• Brown polymer clay and varnish, if you prefer hooves and horns made of clay (optional).
• Single-core copper electrical wire, approx. 150 cm (59 in), 0.8 mm in diameter.
• Transparent glue and adhesive fabric tape approx. 1 cm wide to wrap the wire ends.
• Stuffing.
• Any material for tinting – I used a black felt-tip fabric marker.
